These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and siv6 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided by siv6, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place bets on siv6. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The Platform is designed for use by residents of Indonesia. While we operate under an international gaming license, you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of siv6 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your area, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Prohibited Users. The following individuals are prohibited from using siv6:
2.4 Self-Exclusion Compliance. If you have self-excluded from gambling activities through any recognized self-exclusion program, you must not register or use siv6 during the exclusion period.
3.1 Account Creation. To access siv6 services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Only one Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via email at [email protected].
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, siv6 requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit a clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) and a selfie holding the ID. Verification typically completes within 15 minutes during business hours (WIB). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being declined.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination. We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your Account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other breach of Platform rules. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be notified via email.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. siv6 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members upon request.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
4.5 Deposit Fees. siv6 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
5.1 Withdrawal Requests. You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, with an average processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier: Standard users may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day; VIP tiers have progressively higher limits.
5.3 Withdrawal to Source Account Only. For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be sent to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit. If you need to withdraw to a different account, you must contact customer support and provide additional verification documents.
5.4 Pending Withdrawals and Cancellations. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a pending status for up to 2 hours, during which you may cancel it and return the funds to your playable balance. After 2 hours, the withdrawal is locked and cannot be reversed.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. siv6 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks may deduct interbank transfer fees, which are beyond our control.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses, promotions, and free bets are offered at siv6's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the offer. Not all users are eligible for all promotions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Typical requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, arbitrage betting, or colluding with other users — is strictly prohibited. Any player found abusing bonuses will have their Account terminated and all funds forfeited.
6.4 Maximum Bonus Bet Limits. While using bonus funds, individual bet amounts may be capped (typically at Rp 50.000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
6.5 Expiration of Bonuses. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within a specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days from activation). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of this period, and any remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by siv6. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In cases of abandoned or postponed matches, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in our sportsbook terms.
7.3 Live (In-Play) Betting. Live betting odds are updated in real time but may experience brief delays. Bets placed after a significant event (e.g., a goal, red card, or injury) may be voided if the event occurred before our system registered the bet.
7.4 Maximum Payouts. siv6 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulator bets. Standard maximum payout is Rp 500.000.000 per bet. VIP members may negotiate higher limits.
8.1 Game Fairness and RNG. All casino games and slots on siv6 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and PG Soft. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel and are independently audited.
8.2 Malfunctions Void All Plays. In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, or disconnection during gameplay, all affected bets may be voided and refunded. This includes progressive jackpot malfunctions.
8.3 Disconnection Policy (Live Casino). If you disconnect from a live dealer table during an active round, the hand will continue according to standard game rules (e.g., in Blackjack, the dealer will play out your hand according to basic strategy). Your bet will be settled based on the completed hand result.
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. siv6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 9.2 Self-Exclusion. You may self-exclude from siv6 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. 9.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits in your Account settings. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
10.1 Fraudulent Behavior. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
10.2 Arbitrage and Syndicate Betting. Coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms are prohibited. Accounts engaged in such activity will be closed.
10.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank after a legitimate deposit is considered fraud. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account permanently banned and may face legal action.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the siv6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of siv6 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
11.2 Limited License. siv6 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
12.1 Service Availability. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, siv6 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service outages, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
12.2 Force Majeure. siv6 is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
12.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall siv6's total liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which siv6 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact siv6 customer support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or legal action as permitted under applicable law.
13.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve disputes with siv6 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against siv6.
14.1 Right to Modify. siv6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the document.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
